Norris a ministry to heal the wounded heart, the broken in spirit and to encourage others to step out on faith as they strive to reach their destiny in God.  She desires to see all believers, especially women, spiritually, emotionally, and physically whole.

The Lord has taught Rev. Norris critical Biblical truths through personal testing as a single mother, dealing with the loss of a child, and living through blended family issues.  God uses her message to draw believers into a personal and intimate relationship with God.

Rev. Norris interblends Biblical teachings with her own life stories of struggles and successes making God's Word come alive.
